Replacing our ancient HVAC system
Our largest need at the Dream Center is to replace the heating and air conditioning system in our building. Over the past few years, we have been repairing this very old system at a very high cost. In 2016 & 2017, maintenance and repair costs were over $50,000.00 Two estimates so far have put the cost at $450,000.00. It is a huge undertaking. Replacing it however, will almost cut in half our monthly heating and AC costs as well as virtually eliminate the repair costs.
